Samuel Bell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and research, particularly in the fields of software engineering and artificial intelligence. Samuel began a career at Goldman Sachs as a Technology Analyst, focusing on Market Risk, and later completed a summer internship developing software for financial controllers. Samuel is the Founder and Chair of The Preptrack Foundation and has held various research positions at Meta, including roles as a Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Research Scientist within the FAIR team. Previous experience includes serving as a Tech Lead and Software Engineer at Thought Machine and a Research Scientist at Credit Kudos. Samuel earned a PhD in Machine Learning and an MPhil in Advanced Computer Science, both from the University of Cambridge. Additional academic qualifications include a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and a stint as a Visiting Student at The Alan Turing Institute.
