Sandhya Chandrasekhar has a comprehensive background in operational excellence and business transformation across multiple leading organizations. At GE Capital, Sandhya served as a Black Belt from June 2002 to July 2004. Experience continued at Dell Computers as a Program Manager, where significant improvements in customer care processes were implemented. Sandhya later held positions at HSBC as Assistant Vice President, focusing on the establishment of global teams and performance standards, and at Credit Suisse as Vice President of Operational Excellence, leading optimization initiatives. Currently, at Meta, Sandhya leads Global Partner Site Operations for APAC, overseeing workforce management in Trust & Safety and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Sandhya holds a BCom Honours from Osmania University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
