Sandhya Devanathan is the current VP & Head of India at Meta. Sandhya has also worked with National Library Board, Pepper Financial Services Group, Meta, Women's Forum for the Economy and Society, Ministry of Communications and Information, Facebook, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Sandhya Devanathan started their career with National Library Board in Singapore. Sandhya later moved to Pepper Financial Services Group where they worked as a Group Director, SEA - Ecommerce, Travel and FinServ. In 2016, they joined Facebook as the Country Managing Director - Singapore; Business Head - Vietnam. Sandhya left Facebook in 2020 to join Standard Chartered Bank as the Managing Director - Retail Banking and Payment Products.

In their current role at Meta, Sandhya Devanathan is responsible for driving growth and expansion in India. Sandhya is also a member of the Advisory Board for Asia at the Women's Forum for the Economy and Society, and a member of the Steering Committee for the Digital Readiness Council Singapore.

Sandhya Devanathan's educational career includes an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University, and a degree in Leading Across Boundaries from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
