Sandra Januszewski

Sandra Januszewski has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly in the tech and IT sectors. Sandra served as an EMEA Recruiter and Team Lead at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on recruitment for Vodafone and Atos IT Solutions. Later, Sandra joined Amazon Web Services as a Senior Technical Recruiter, leading recruitment efforts across Europe and the Middle East, and managing cross-functional hiring as a Team Lead. At Meta, Sandra excelled as Tech Lead Recruiting for Reality Labs and Head of Hardware Recruiting across APAC and EMEA, building teams and implementing diversity strategies. Prior to these roles, Sandra worked as a Chargeback Specialist at Elavon Europe and as a German teacher. Sandra holds a Master's degree in Modern Languages from Uniwersytet Warszawski and a Bachelor's degree in German Philology from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie.
