Sandy L.

Sandy L. is a professional with experience in user experience design, business process improvement, and social media analytics. Recently serving as a Business Process Fellow at the University of California, San Francisco, Sandy led user interviews to enhance fellowship programs, collaborated on user guides for a contract lifecycle management system, and provided efficient help desk support. While previously a UX Design Fellow, Sandy created high-fidelity mockups and conducted product training to improve stakeholder understanding and user experience.
