Sara Morgan is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent sourcing and program management. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2017, Sara began a career at ATR International as a Recruiter and Talent Sourcer from June 2018 to May 2019. Subsequently, Sara joined Meta, where roles included Leadership Recruiting Ops for Data Engineering and Product Analytics, along with serving as an Advisor and Assignment Manager for Candidate Channels. Additional responsibilities included leading initiatives for an enhanced Referrals program and working as a Referrals Advisor.
