Sarah Binning

Sarah Binning is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory law. Binning currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Regulatory at Meta, a position held since February 2021, following a role as Lead Counsel, Regulatory at the same company from January 2020 to February 2021. Prior to these roles at Meta, Binning worked as an Associate at Cooley LLP from November 2012 to December 2019, where Binning also served as a Summer Associate. Additional experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at the California Department of Justice and the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, and a Legal Extern at AIPAC. Binning began legal career as a Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner at Gillin, Jacobson, Ellis & Larsen in 2008. Binning holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis - School of Law.
