Sathvik Reddy

Sathvik Reddy is a Data Scientist with experience at Meta and Amazon. At Meta, since February 2024, Sathvik Reddy has developed Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and an LLM-based internal chatbot, achieving significant improvements in response accuracy and customer service query time. During the tenure at Amazon from October 2020 to June 2023, Sathvik Reddy focused on developing supervised machine learning models for demand forecasting and personalized recommendations, as well as constructing NLP pipelines for various text analysis tasks, enhancing accuracy and F1-score metrics. Sathvik Reddy holds two master's degrees in Business Analytics from Anderson University and Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
