Scott Looney has extensive experience in network and operations management, with a career spanning over a decade in technical project and program management roles. At Deft, Scott served as Implementation Manager, providing end-to-end customer support for colocation and cloud solutions. Transitioning to ServerCentral Turing Group, Scott worked as a Datacenter Technician, focusing on day-to-day operations and technical configurations. Subsequently, at Moody's Investors Service, Scott acted as Technical Project Manager for a global network infrastructure upgrade. At Ericsson Edge Gravity, Scott held the position of Network Provisioning Manager, overseeing site deployments and technical tasks. Most recently, Scott was employed by Meta as Operations Program Manager, driving program development and operational improvements across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from DeVry University.
