Scott Minden

Scott Minden is an experienced legal professional with a focus on intellectual property law. Beginning his career as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Skjerven Morrill MacPherson Franklin & Friel, Scott represented clients in patent, copyright, and commercial disputes. Scott advanced to positions including Senior Corporate Counsel at Symantec Corporation, where management of copyright and trademark protection programs was a key responsibility. Following this, Scott served as Senior Director of Legal at Veritas Technologies LLC, overseeing global litigation and intellectual property programs. At Meta, Scott held the role of Associate General Counsel for Brands & Marketing Legal, leading a team in trademark protection and legal counseling. Currently, Scott serves as Director & Associate General Counsel, Head of Trademarks at Meta. Scott’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law School.
