Sean Chen is a highly skilled software and systems engineer with extensive experience in computer vision, algorithms development, and AI technology. Beginning with an internship at UCSD SVCL in 2009, where a computer vision system was designed to detect and track panda bears, Sean progressed to roles at RDRTec as a Scientific Software Engineer and later as a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on maritime vessel classification and novel AI algorithms for ISAR imagery. After a tenure as a Software Engineer at Google, contributing to the market expansion of Google Workspace, Sean currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Meta, specializing in ads indexing and publishing.
