Sean Duffy

Sean Duffy has significant experience in competition law and antitrust issues, having worked at several prominent organizations. From October 2006 to October 2013, Sean Duffy served as an Associate in the Antitrust Practice Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where responsibilities included conducting internal investigations and representing clients in cases related to price-fixing and monopolization. Following this role, Sean Duffy worked at Accenture as Competition Law Counsel from October 2013 to January 2021, managing the global competition law compliance program and advising on legal issues across various business lines. Since January 2021, Sean Duffy has held positions at Meta, first as Associate General Counsel for Competition Compliance and currently as Director & Associate General Counsel for Competition Compliance. Sean Duffy is also a California Registered In-House Counsel and holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School, graduating in 2006.
