Sean Quinn

Sean Quinn is a physicist with experience in research and engineering within academic and national laboratory settings. Notable positions include roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology, NSF REU Student at Bucknell University, and a Graduate Research Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, where activities encompassed analyzing emission line spectra of AGNs, radar data from micrometeoroids, and cosmic ray arrival directions. Later, as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles, Sean contributed to the GAPS Experiment, focusing on low power time of flight systems and various calibration and simulation tasks. More recently, Sean served as a Hardware System Engineer and Firmware Software Engineer at Meta, developing firmware and software for research prototype devices and VR headsets. Sean holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Case Western Reserve University.
