Seçil Özdemir

Seçil Özdemir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer segmentation, data analysis, and growth strategy across leading companies. Seçil began a career at Turkcell, progressing from a Senior Segment Manager to a Lead Revenue Manager, focusing on customer insights, revenue growth, and churn prevention strategies. Following Turkcell, Seçil served as Head of Customer Acquisition Growth at Careem, where responsibilities included enhancing user acquisition and engagement across multiple markets. At Shahid, Seçil oversaw the B2C subscriber base, successfully achieving over 2 million paying subscribers. Currently, Seçil is the International Product Growth Manager for Türkiye at Meta, previously holding a position at OSN, where efforts centered on app growth and data-driven insights. Seçil holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, graduating with High Honor.
