Semion Raynes has extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors, having served as a Vice President at Morgan Stanley from January 2012 to January 2017, where responsibilities included leading the global technical team for OTC Pre-Settlements and working as an IT Analyst focusing on OTC derivative pre-settlement.
