Seng Chor Ng

Seng Chor Ng has extensive experience in workplace experience and facilities management across multiple regions and industries. From January 2016 to November 2025, Seng Chor Ng served as the Head of Workplace Experience for the Asia Pacific region at Airbnb. Prior to this, Seng Chor Ng held significant roles at IBM from 1991 to 1997, including Accounting Manager and Senior Manager of Real Estate & Site Operations for Asia Pacific South. Following that, Seng Chor Ng worked at Thomson Reuters from 2008 to 2010 as Vice President for Real Estate & Facilities Management and Global Portfolio Strategy & Management. After a tenure as Associate Director of Facilities Management at The University of Western Australia from 2012 to 2014, Seng Chor Ng joined Meta in December 2025 as APAC Regional Facilities Director.
