Serena Beyers

Serena Beyers has extensive experience in executive administration across various industries. Beginning as Office Manager at Beyers Roofing, Serena progressed to roles such as Customer Care Specialist at Envisage Technologies, where focus was on customer relations and problem-solving. At Catalent Pharma Solutions, Serena served as Manager of Executive Administration, overseeing critical administrative functions. Since May 2020, Serena has been a Sr. Lead Executive Assistant at Meta, providing strategic support to the VP of Infrastructure Data Centers, managing administrative tasks for a global team of over 17,000 employees, and leading a team of 150 administrators. Serena holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from Western Governors University, alongside an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College.
