Serina Kwok

Serina Kwok is a seasoned professional in technical program management and information security, with experience at leading organizations including Facebook and Meta, where Serina has been a Sr. Technical Program Manager since January 2024. At Facebook, from April 2020 to December 2023, Serina led global security projects, focusing on third-party risk management and compliance. Prior to this, Serina served as a Product Manager at Palo Alto Networks, achieving a federal security certification for a major cloud product, and as an Information Security Manager - Advisory at Startup Financial Services, providing CISO advisory and program design. Serina's extensive career also includes consulting roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Slalom Consulting, and engineering support at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Serina holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
