Sham Parmar has extensive experience in engineering and supply chain management across multiple industries. Beginning a career with the United States Marine Corps as a Forward Observer, Sham transitioned into roles at Hewlett-Packard and BAE Systems, where responsibilities included managing reliability improvement projects for military programs. At SunPower Corporation, Sham held several positions, culminating in the role of Sr. Manager of New Product Introduction, leading global market strategies that resulted in over $150 million in revenue. Currently, Sham serves as Manager of Supply Chain & Engineering for Mechanical & Fiber Connectivity at Meta, overseeing capital equipment supply for hyper-scale data centers. Sham holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from Santa Clara University, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, and a certification in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
