Shanying Luo has extensive experience in software and firmware engineering, beginning as a contractor at China IC Design Center in 2000. Shanying held various engineering roles at notable companies such as NuCORE Technology, MediaTek USA, and LSI Corporation, ultimately serving as Principal Firmware Engineer at LSI from 2009 to 2014. Shanying transitioned to leadership positions at CNEX Labs, becoming Sr. Director of Firmware from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Shanying is a Software Engineer at Meta, having joined the company in April 2022. Shanying holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Institute of Technology, earned between 1995 and 2002.
