Shaojun Liu has extensive experience in technical program management and engineering within leading technology companies. Liu served as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at Amazon from May 2020 to May 2021, focusing on scaling Alexa. Currently at Meta since May 2021, Liu leads technical programs in Mixed Reality and oversees the Perception System for VR/AR. Prior experience includes roles at Google, where Liu managed programs for Google Search, Identity, and Google Assistant from October 2015 to March 2018, and served as Engineering Manager at Telenav from November 2010 to September 2015, managing multiple mobile development teams across the US and China. Liu holds a Master of Science in Advanced Computing from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Technology from Jilin University.
