Sharad Joshi is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in mobile and networking technologies. Beginning a career at Wipro Technologies from 1998 to 2001 as a Senior Software Engineer, Sharad architected and developed Mobile IP and protocol stacks. Subsequent roles include Senior Engineer at PrairieComm focusing on GSM/GPRS stack development, and Software Engineer at Ericsson, where Radio Link Protocols were developed for CDMA2000. From 2005 to 2016, Sharad served as Principal Staff Engineer and Engineering Manager at Motorola Mobility, managing the highly regarded Moto Voice development. Sharad's leadership capabilities were further showcased at Sprout Social, Inc. as Chapter Manager for Mobile, overseeing Android and iOS teams.
