Shariff Duncan

Shariff Duncan has over a decade of experience in internal communications, with a strong focus on promoting organizational vision and enhancing employee engagement. Starting as an HR Communications Specialist at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P), Duncan advanced to Manager of Internal Communications at Avon, driving traffic to the company intranet and increasing CSR participation. As Director of Internal Communications at Audible, Inc., Shariff served as the executive writer for the Chief People Officer, managing crisis communications during the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, Duncan holds the position of Internal Communications Manager at Meta. Previous experience includes roles at Prudential Financial, where efforts supported cultural transformation and change management, and as an Adjunct Professor at Kean University, preparing students for careers in communications. Shariff Duncan holds a Master of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University.
