Sharon Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience research and consumer insights. Beginning at Los Angeles Times Media Group as a Senior User Experience Researcher, Sharon designed mixed methods research for digital platforms. Following this role, Sharon served as Consumer Insights Manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment, leading strategic research for major film and television franchises. Sharon's expertise continued to expand at Capital Group as Director of Global Customer Research and Insights, where oversight of global research efforts informed investment product strategies. Currently, Sharon holds the position of Global Product & Market Insights Lead at Meta's Reality Labs, focusing on research for emerging technologies, and has recently begun a role as Principal Researcher at SAP, where efforts center on shaping product strategies through understanding user needs and market trends.
