Shaun Selha

Shaun Selha possesses extensive experience in engineering and management within the data center and energy sectors. Beginning with a summer internship at Xerox, Shaun progressed through roles at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Facebook, and SourceOne Inc., ultimately becoming a Senior Director of Engineering within IDC Design, Engineering, and Construction at Meta. At Meta, Shaun oversees a cross-functional team focused on developing and refining data center products and technology solutions. Previous roles include management of global retrofit programs and quality assurance for data center construction at Facebook, as well as technical supervision and project management in energy systems at Con Edison and SourceOne. Shaun holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management/Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
