Shawn Grover

Shawn Grover currently serves as the Executive Mixed Reality Producer for Entertainment Experiences at Meta, focusing on the creation and launch of interactive content and games in virtual and mixed reality. Before joining Meta in August 2024, Shawn dedicated nearly 15 years to Trigger XR, advancing through various leadership roles, including VP of Operational Excellence and head of the Production department. During this tenure, Shawn oversaw numerous high-profile projects and led the development of over 120 AR/VR experiences, contributing to significant revenue growth for the agency. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
