Shay Gueron

Shay Gueron is a distinguished expert in cryptography and mathematics, currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer at Meta and a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Haifa, where leadership roles include heading the Information Security Program and the Data Science & Cyber Security Academic Enrichment Program. With extensive experience at Intel Corporation as a Senior Principal Engineer and Chief Core Cryptography Architect, and at AWS as a Senior Principal Engineer in Cryptography, Shay Gueron has made significant contributions to the field. Prior to these roles, Shay Gueron was the Chief Scientist at Discterix Technologies and has pursued academic excellence with a Doctor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
