Shayan Raisi

Shayan Raisi is a Hardware Systems Engineer at Meta, focusing on silicon validation for artificial intelligence accelerator ASICs since June 2021. Previously, Shayan gained valuable experience as a Hardware Systems Engineer Intern at Facebook, where the role involved silicon validation and developing a parameterized memory testing suite using low-level C. Earlier internships include a position as a Firmware Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation, where Shayan created a persistent error logging system for data center NAND SSDs, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of California, San Diego, exploring caching mechanisms and I/O performance, along with serving as a Computer Science and Engineering Tutor in systems programming and computer organization. Shayan holds a degree from the University of California San Diego, completed in 2021.
