Sheran Lin

Sheran Lin has extensive experience in software engineering and management, holding key roles at major tech companies. Sheran began as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Bay Networks, developing network management software for the Optivity product. Following this, Sheran advanced to positions at Cisco, where management roles included overseeing the development of Smart Net Total Care and CWM, and leading the Webex Cloud Application project. Sheran also served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Akamai Technologies, managing software development for a large-scale cloud storage system. Currently, Sheran works as an Engineering Manager at Meta, focusing on Network Infrastructure Security Engineering. Sheran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from National Cheng Kung University and a Master’s degree in Information and Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
