Shihan

Shihan Ma is a skilled research engineer with experience across several prominent institutions. At OneFlow, Shihan Ma contributed by implementing DTR and co-proposing a gradient checkpointing scheme aimed at enhancing the training of deep neural networks with limited memory. Subsequently, Shihan Ma served as a Research Assistant and Postdoctoral Research Associate at Imperial College London from March 2023 to August 2023. A tenure at Meta as a Research Scientist and Research Scientist Intern was held from August 2024 to December 2023. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Robotics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as experience as a Visiting Postgraduate Student in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College London.
