Shirly B. is a seasoned Technical Project Manager and Program Manager with extensive experience in risk analysis, cybersecurity, and operations management across various sectors. At Payoneer, from October 2019 to July 2021, Shirly led technical risk projects utilizing SQL and Excel for data analysis. Following that, a role at EY from November 2021 to May 2022 involved managing multiple cybersecurity projects and client engagements.
