Shreeya Gad is a Senior Software Engineer at Meta, where leadership of a 10+ engineer team resulted in the design and deployment of innovative content integrity classifiers, enhancing platform safety for over 400 million users. With prior experience at Facebook as a Software Engineer Intern, Shreeya improved ads ranking models and automated feature selection processes, and previously held internships at Gusto and Publicis Sapient, developing solutions for payroll and social listening applications. Additionally, involvement in community-building initiatives at Cornell University, including roles as Vice President of Women In Computing and a Full Stack Developer at Hack4Impact, complemented Shreeya’s technical expertise. Shreeya holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University.
