Shruti Sinha

Shruti Sinha has a diverse professional background in data programs and operations, primarily focused on trust and safety in digital environments. From August 2022 to January 2023, Shruti worked at TikTok in data programs and operations for global trust and safety, as well as US data security trust and safety. Prior to this, Shruti held roles at Meta from August 2015 to August 2022, leading large-scale data operations and initiatives to enhance content integrity across Meta's applications. In academia, Shruti served as a lecturer at Ranchi University and Patna University, teaching poetry, prose, drama, and linguistics. Additionally, Shruti was a program manager at the Management Development Institute of Singapore, overseeing an ESL program for international students. The educational background includes a master’s degree in English Literature and Linguistics from Ranchi University and foundational education at Loreto Convent School.
