Shubham Modi

Shubham Modi is a seasoned professional in machine learning and data science, currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Generalist at Meta since June 2019, focusing on generative AI and leading teams to develop machine learning products for workplace applications. Prior to Meta, Shubham worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Walmart Labs, where expertise was demonstrated in creating an end-to-end machine learning framework for e-commerce product matching using advanced deep learning techniques. Shubham's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Altisource Labs, where algorithm development and classification projects were managed, as well as a Data Scientist role at Technosoft Corporation. Shubham began a career in software engineering at Texas Instruments, where foundational skills in video technologies were developed, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
