Shwetha B has over a decade of experience in process product development and systems integration, primarily within high-tech industries. At Applied Materials from 2008 to 2018, Shwetha served as a Senior Process Product Development Engineer, managing product development for advanced PVD equipment and performing extensive process optimization, hardware characterization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive new product introductions. Following this, Shwetha held the role of NPI Engineer at Onto Innovation from 2019 to 2020, focusing on metrology product reliability and service cost optimization while leading cross-functional teams. From 2021 onwards, Shwetha has worked at Meta as a Systems Integration/Product Manager in Infrastructure, overseeing hardware design reviews and driving validation efforts for data center readiness of new products.
