Shwetha Samuel

Shwetha Samuel has extensive experience in human resources and quality management, beginning with a role as Quality Leader at Hutchison 3G from May 2006 to October 2011, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction and managing escalations. Following this, Shwetha held various positions at Meta from April 2016 to July 2021, including People Operations Specialist and Process and Project Lead for Global Payroll. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Executive at Altisource and Assistant Manager of Human Resources, where Shwetha led talent management, employee mobility, and organization design initiatives. Shwetha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
