Si Zhang

Si Zhang has extensive experience in artificial intelligence and research, currently serving as a Senior AI Research Scientist at Meta since August 2023, following a role as an AI Research Scientist from November 2021 to August 2023. Si holds a PhD and previously worked as a Research Intern at Facebook AI in the summer of 2020. Prior to ventures in the industry, Si completed a Master’s and a PhD in Computer Engineering at Arizona State University and contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2019. Academic qualifications were further enhanced with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2016 to 2019.
