Beginning as an Associate at Jones Day and Mayer Brown, Simon represented public and private clients in various transactions and compliance issues, including mergers and acquisitions. Simon then served as Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, focusing on cross-border transactions and private equity.
