Simon Wen

Simon Wen is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in analytics and data management, currently serving as Senior Data Scientist and Staff Data Scientist at Meta in the Core Ads Growth team. With a background that includes roles at RBC and Deloitte, Simon has demonstrated expertise in automated data pipelines, BI visualizations, and predictive modeling using advanced analytics techniques. Previous experience includes data analyst positions at NewAge Products Inc. and a co-op role at the Canadian Credit Union Association, where skills in Python, SQL, and Tableau were cultivated.
