Simone Root is an experienced Content Designer currently at Meta, where responsibilities include developing strategies for agent process documentation, leading terminology efforts for internal tools in content moderation, and enhancing internal tool experiences for agent enablement. Previously, as a Sr. Global Content Strategist at Uber, Simone managed global support content, optimized help center resources resulting in significant cost savings, and collaborated on internal content tools. Additional experience includes roles at DoorDash, where Simone built and migrated a Knowledge Base, and Jawbone, where communication strategies were implemented across multiple channels. Simone holds a Master of Fine Arts in Printmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Humboldt State University.
