Sissi Yao is an experienced engineering leader with a background in software-defined storage solutions and product development. Sissi held managerial roles at Veritas Technologies LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing SQA Engineering and development of InfoScale and Access solutions. At Nokia Siemens Networks, Sissi served as an R&D Manager, leading various teams in the development of messaging products, and later transitioned to engineering management roles at Coinbase, focusing on NFT marketplaces and crypto staking, and at GitLab. Currently, Sissi is an Engineering Manager at Meta. Sissi holds a Master's degree in Computer Networks from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from Tsinghua University.
