Sohaib Hasan

Sohaib Hasan possesses extensive experience in data science and analytics across various sectors, including social change, technology, and politics. As the Director of Analytics at DoSomething.org from June 2017 to September 2019, Sohaib contributed to a platform with over 5.5 million members. Sohaib also served as an Advisor at Rentlogic, focusing on transparency in apartment rentals, and as a Data Scientist at OnDeck, where experiment implementation and forecasting were key responsibilities. In the political arena, Sohaib was the Early State Data Director for Pete Buttigieg's presidential campaign, leading the analytics strategy in South Carolina. A significant portion of Sohaib's recent work at Meta included roles as Data Science Lead for Integrity Intelligence and Misinformation, overseeing the detection and mitigation of integrity issues. Sohaib’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Experimental Statistics from Clemson University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University, and participation in the Emerging Leaders Fellowship at Princeton University.
