Sonia Syafitri has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and policy management across various prestigious organizations. Beginning with a role as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant at the United Nations Population Fund from 2012 to 2014, Sonia advanced to serve as the R. Michael Gadbaw International Law & Policy Fellow at GE from 2016 to 2017. Subsequent positions include Associate in Government Relations at Asia Group Advisors (2017-2018) and Threat Analyst at Meta (2018-2020), where Sonia contributed significantly to projects concerning human rights in the Asia-Pacific region.
