Sonya Sutton has a diverse background in learning and development, having served as CEO of a self-employed venture from January 2017 to April 2019. At Limelight Health from April 2019 to August 2020, Sonya developed and facilitated training programs, including an Intensive Certification for onboarding and continuing education. Experience at Thomson Reuters from January 2008 to December 2016 included roles as Client Development Specialist and Senior Relationship Manager, where effective training initiatives were implemented for major financial institutions. Following time as L&D Development Specialist III at Meta from November 2021 to November 2022, Sonya currently holds the position of SiteOps Program Specialist - Training & Development at Meta since November 2022.
