Sreeja Harish

Sreeja Harish, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, performance appraisal, and training coordination. At Safran, Sreeja spearheaded recruitment and managed employee orientation processes. Prior experience at Airbus Group involved a significant role in performance appraisals and new employee integration. Sreeja also served as Regional Lead for North America at Meta and worked as a Training Coordinator at Huawei, focusing on identifying training needs and creating a comprehensive training calendar. Sreeja holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Maharaja's College and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Mahatma Gandhi University.
