Stan Stavitsky is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and systems engineering. Stan served as Senior Manager of Software Development for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure from December 2019 to February 2023 and transitioned to an Engineering Manager role at Stripe from June 2023 to January 2025. Prior to these positions, Stan managed Systems Engineering at Amazon Web Services from August 2016 to December 2019 and led UNIX, Linux, Storage, and Database Systems at UC Merced from May 2003 to August 2016. Stan's experience also includes a role as a Database Administrator at AT&T, where design and implementation of BI systems were key responsibilities. Currently, Stan is a Software Engineering Manager at Meta since December 2025. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis and Design from California State University-Stanislaus and completed management studies at UC Davis in 2011.
