Stanisław Stempin has extensive experience in software development and engineering management, beginning with roles as a Software Developer at PB Polsoft and a Software Designer & Developer at Eskulap Hospital Software System from 2005 to 2006. From June 2007 to September 2009, Stanisław held multiple positions at Microsoft, including Software Development Engineer, Senior Software Development Lead, and Principal Software Engineering Manager. After a period at Meta starting in March 2019 as a Software Engineering Manager, Stanisław advanced to the role of Senior Software Engineering Manager in January 2021 and continues to serve in that capacity.
