Stephen Hess

Stephen Hess is an experienced professional in prototype and model making, currently serving as a Prototype Specialist and 5-Axis CNC Machinist at Meta since September 2014. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as an Engineering Technician Contractor at Physio-Control, Inc. and as a Mechanical Lab Technician at Synapse Product Development, where responsibilities included managing the Mechanical Engineering shop and maintaining tools and machinery. Stephen also has experience as a Model Shop Intern at KI, contributing to award-winning projects for Neocon and participating in the invention of a patent-pending mechanism. Stephen's freelance work involved product development for Advance Business Center™, including creating 3D models and physical prototypes. A graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Stephen holds a degree in Prototype and Design with a strong academic record.
