Stephen Nabholz, GISP, has extensive experience in geographic information systems (GIS) and project management, currently serving as a Network Implementation Engineer at Meta since May 2025. Prior roles include Senior OSP Project Manager at Vero Networks and various positions at Zayo Group, where responsibilities encompassed project management and engineering related to outside plant (OSP) infrastructure. Previous experience includes roles as a GIS Technician at OGE Energy Corp and a range of GIS Analyst positions at IPS Engineering, where Stephen managed databases and performed GIS modeling.
