Stephen Swedish

Stephen Swedish is an accomplished data scientist and researcher with extensive experience in particle physics and data analysis. Stephen held a Graduate Fellowship at The University of British Columbia and worked at CERN, where significant contributions were made to the analysis of proton-proton collision data using advanced statistical methods and data-driven techniques. Following a Data Science Fellowship at Insight Data Science, Stephen joined Meta as a Tech Lead, focusing on data-driven models. With a strong educational background, including a PhD in Particle Physics from The University of British Columbia and a Master's in the same field from the University of Alberta, Stephen has developed expertise in FPGA programming and clickstream data processing, along with a proven track record of leading analytical projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
